Available only during the Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day season, these beautiful bonbons feature whole cherries immersed in brandy, surrounded by cherry brandy fondant, and encased in a Swiss dark chocolate shell. The brandy used is by the family-owned and operated Edelbrand Pure Distilling, which uses Washington Bing cherries to make small batch cherry brandy, or kirsch. Austrian chocolate brand Zotter is known for its funky, silky bars and their Port Wine + Figs bar fits the bill. They take a fruity Portuguese Reserve Ruby Port by Romariz and add it into a creamy, dark ganache, along with bits of fig that have been marinated in port, lending a perfect crunch. This 19-piece box from the New York-based Lagusta’s Luscious features two flavors of boozy chocolates alongside three other flavors in the box. The boozy flavors are the heart-shaped ones: White Wine and Passionfruit White Chocolate Cream Hearts and Cherry Black Pepper Almond Cream Hearts. There are five of each of the hearts, plus three chocolate caramels, three violet caramels, and three cinnamon caramels. The White Wine and Passionfruit White Chocolate Cream hearts feature locally-made  Whitecliff Vineyards  white wine and passionfruit-infused white chocolate cream filling encased in a bittersweet chocolate shell.
